Welcome. These terms set out the simple ground rules for using our online store, browsing our selection and ordering premium candy and chocolate from us. By doing so, you agree to what's written here.
When you place an order we'll do our best to get it to you quickly. If your plans change, please let us know as early as you can so we can adjust your shipment. We may process orders if you don't respond to delivery requests without notice.
All our confectionery items and prices are shown in good faith and may change from time to time as ingredients and seasons do. If something you've ordered is unavailable, we'll always suggest the closest, freshest alternative.
For custom selections we ask for a few days' notice and may take a deposit. If you need to cancel, get in touch as soon as possible and we'll be as flexible as we reasonably can.
You're welcome to browse and share our pages. Please don't copy our content, branding or photography for commercial use without asking us first.
We take real care over every sweet we make and every detail on this site, but we can't promise the website will always be free of errors or interruptions. If something looks wrong, tell us and we'll put it right.
